AIMCAL R2R Conference Asia Issues Call For Papers; Submissions Due Jan. 15

A Call for Papers has been issued for the inaugural AIMCAL R2R (Roll-to-Roll) Conference Asia, May 28-30, 2019, in Daejeon, South Korea.

Presented in partnership with KRICT, the Korean Research Institute of Chemical Technology, the event builds on AIMCAL’s highly successful R2R Conference USA and R2R Conference Europe.

“This event will bring together industry leaders from across the globe and provide a showcase for advanced R2R technology in Asia,” says Dr. Jae Heung Lee, chairman of KRICT.

Like its predecessors, the AIMCAL R2R Conference Asia will focus on new technology and best practices and provide an opportunity to network with leading consultants and suppliers from around the world. The agenda will include non-commercial, technical presentations on the latest Web Coating and Laminating, Vacuum Web Coating, Specialty Web Coating, and Web Handling technologies. The R2R marketplace also will be discussed.

“KRICT is pleased to partner with AIMCAL to present the first Asian edition of this technical conference,” adds Sang-Jin Lee, general-secretary of KRICT. “The AIMCAL R2R Conference Asia will draw attendees from across Asia and be just as successful as the now well-established AIMCAL R2R Conference USA and AIMCAL R2R Conference Europe.”

Presentation proposals may be submitted on the AIMCAL website, Registration materials and agenda information will be available after the first of the year.
